b. Comfortable stance.
c. Knees bent.
d. Hands back.
e. Feet shoulder width apart.
2. Load
3. Step and pull with bottom hand.
4. Elbow in slot.
5. Connect with palm up-palm down at thigh.
6. Eyes on ball through connection.
7. Full extension.
8. Finish knees bent.
